— Please describe the layout of the property.

Riad: “In a quiet part of the Palmeraie, a grand park with beautiful gardens surrounds the villa, which in itself is centered on a traditional Moroccan courtyard with a fountain. There are many hidden spots in this extensive garden, ideal for some quiet moments.

Villa Palmeraie is the quintessential luxury Palmeraie villa with its architecture in pure harmony with the verdant surroundings of the building. Century-old traditional Moroccan chic creates an atmosphere that invites one to laze and re-learn how to breathe easy.

The bedrooms are on two levels of the villa. While the four suites are on the first floor, the other four bedrooms are on the ground floor. The basement holds a game room with video games, table tennis and even a basketball area.”
